Yoga class at Greystones Yoga (Church road): 1:15 PM - 2:45 PM
We will start the class with breathing techniques for stress relief, practice poses for those who sit all day and finish with a deep relaxation.
Lunch at Happy Pear: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Mindful Cliff Walk: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Dart back to the city: 6:00 PM

Leila worked at LinkedIn and is currently at Slack. She started practicing yoga in 2002 and after qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2018 she is now sharing her love of yoga with her students in Dublin. Leila sees yoga and mindfulness as an antidote to her busy and competitive life at work and believes that looking after ourselves makes us happy and productive in the long run.
Valentina works at Google and is trained as a Mindfulness Consultant based on Google's program.
